"It’s was fantastic and I hope this family all the best. We stayed when they had just opened but they did not charge us correctly (over charged) and there was no water NO water in our second room. All in all though they were very friendly and after all it is Mexico - so go with the flow. "

The staff seriously went above and beyond to help me navigate the city/find tours and make me feel welcome. They helped me feel comfortable and taken care of as a solo traveler. If you’re looking to visit Oaxaca City, definitely stay here."
