"The Hostel was old.
The rooms were really small.
I upgraded to a Twin bed that night and it was typical HK hostel. bathroom had no towels.
Never again...."
"There was no towel, and no late night front desk clerk available, only a phone to call. The room smell smoke, same as the hallway. We had only one room key, which activated the AC. Coming back from a long June day, the room (as well as the hallway) was hot."

"Overall amazing. Peyton – who works there on Fridays and Sundays – greeted me at the door with a smile each and every time, even helped me out when I was 10 HKD short for the taxi ride. He is a standout. Can’t wait to be back in Hong Kong, and especially at Hyatt Centric. A stay to remember, as with Typhoon Ragasa raging outside. "
"The front desk staff are professional and friendly. They are well trained. They were able to check us in early despite we arrived at the hotel early at 10 AM. The hotel location is super convenient, it is close to a subway station and close to all major shopping areas (Temple Street, Lady Street, and Nathan Road). Will definitely stay at this hotel again next time we are in Hong Kong. The concierge desk staff are super friendly too. Special thanks to Bella and Silva, they really went out their way to take care of us. "
"the front desk and lobby staffs are always friendly and helpful. this is our third time staying at this hotel and we’re very happy with the hotel, especially the harbour view from the room"
