"We loved it!!"

"Reserved a double room. Stayed with my teenage daughter and was given a king room. Tried to change after we got our keys and was told there was nothing they could do because they were sold out. I had to share a bed with my large child. Also, we were given an accesible room for the second weekend in a row. This hotel was cleaner than Irondequoit but there was no manager available to discuss the situation with and we paid up for two beds and didn’t get what we paid for. Btw, we checked in at 3:11 pm so it was just minutes after we were allowed to so it wasn’t late check in or anything. Never heard from management. Will never trust Hampton Inn again. "

"Sleeps 12? Only 3 coffee cups? Coffee makers are nasty and no filters! Not quiet. Directly across the street from a convenience store, headlights all night. Within feet from a small apartment building. Blinds broken in 2of the bedrooms. Exhaust fan in bathroom dirty! Dryer was also non functional. Driveway is narrow and turning around requires a 4 point turn."

"House was very clean and just like photos. Plenty of parking and lots of room for people to sit inside. Very comfortable. Excellent communication. "

"Thank you for a wonderful stay! Excellent hosts- quick and informative communication. Inside the property is clean and comfortable, with plenty of towels and extra blankets. Driveway parking fits 3 cars front to back. Kitchen amenities were appreciated, with enough K-Cups to get four adults through the weekend. Nice to know there is a great spot for our group to visit family in the area. "

"Beware before you book this apartment. This unit is built above a bar, and the music from the bar is very loud in the apartment. The base vibrates the bed, the the tables. The thermostat is not located inside the apartment, it is located down inside the bar. You will have to wait until the bar opens before you can have the temperature adjusted. The Wi-Fi is not located inside the apartment, it is also down inside the bar. It is also located next to a train track, and when the train goes by you can expect the floor to shake. If you have an issue, don't expect much help from the host."

"Communication and check-in were seamless. The apartment was very clean. We were a little cold and Jason brought a space heater right away. Great location just on the edge of the village. A couple considerations for future visitors: Exterior photo on VRBO is not the actual location, it’s of a building on the scenic canal; the apartment is a very small studio with minimal room for luggage, and small kitchen. Perfect for one person or short stays. "
