"The only problem i had with this hotel was that the dead bolt on my room door was broke. But the room was clean and i didnt have any other problems. I will stay again but the room door needs to be fixed "

" Only complaint. Guest have is guest would’ve liked to have an ice machine and vending machine on the floor guest stayed on. Overall experience during this stay was great. I only stayed one evening. "

"A big reason I picked this location for my birthday was for the POOL. And the pool was closed the entire 2 nights/3 days of my stay! I feel robbed. I paid for amenities that were not available nor was this notice made available prior to booking the room. But the breakfast was good and the room was okay."

"There were trash bags piled up in font of the room. Guests making noise yelling and cursing until - 4:00AM. Very surprised to see this was a Ramada. Will never stay again and advise our 1000's of clients that fly in annually to avoid this establishment."

"This was the worst hotel I have ever been to. Now I know this is supposed a 1 star low budget hotel, it's not even that. I'm not expecting luxury I expect a working room. They gave us 3 different rooms the first the TV didn't work the second the air didn't work the third the shower didn't work. There was a crackhead sitting on the ground 2 doors from the office smoking crack it was bad. I had to call Expedia to get a refund after they told me I have found something wrong with each room they showed me. I guess I'm not supposed to have to basics we paid for. Not to mention they don't provide blankets. The hotel is filthy I don't know how they pass inspections. They don't even have a room that basic stuff works. I will be calling the county. Oh btw hotel only refunded 2 days mind you I never even sat down on the bed. Thanks to Expedia for giving me to other night I one key cash. Run Run Run Super8 is across the street and it nice and clean"

"Hilltop Retreat had everything we needed to accommodate my family traveling to Maryland. The house is spacious and parking was available. The driveway is on a steep hill and there are lots of steps, so be prepared. I did reach out about the temperature in the house, which is controlled remotely and ot was adjusted. I would love to stay again during pool season to enjoy that amenity!"
