"5 day stay. Clean rooms and everything good all around. Only thing that mattered for me was the smokers outside. Their smoke would get into the room and got unbearable. Two nights later when they were gone, it was great. "

"The rooms are ok but there's a smell that keep coming from the drain that makes the room smell horrible ,the linen is limited and if I give up my blanket I may not get it back most of the staff is ok but most don't understand English parking is normally available "

"Our TV was not working. Things were missing from our bathroom, and when we asked for the items, they did not bring them. So I had to go down to the front desk to ask again for the items. They forgot to clean our room, even though I specifically asked them to do it, so we had to ask for new towels. Breakfast, for the price, was the quality you would normally get at another hotel for free. A lot of people had issues, and I would see them complaining at the front desk. "

"Extremely disappointed. The room key never worked so I could only get in the room if the clerk let me in. But the clerk was nice enough to come let me in the room. The toilet flush lever was broken off so I had to open the tank and reach into the watertank to pull up the flapper valve to flush the toilet. The HVAC unit was plugged into an outlet laying on the floor with conduit into the wall. The outlet did not have a cover, so it would be possible to reach past the plug into the box and touch live wires. One bath towel and one wash cloth. No hand towels or floor mat in the bath room. Tub had many chips. Toilet paper dowell missing so toilet paper stuck on one end of the holder. No sink stopper. Ironing board holder had been ripped off the wall in one location and reinstalled in another and hanging loose by only two screws. Of course there was not an ironing board or iron, so that wasn't a factor. It was still noisy past midnight from neighbors but the ac unit produced pretty good white noise. It was a lousy stay. I would try anywhere else before returning."

"Parking was absolutely horrible. There’s a bar/lounge connected to the hotel so if you’re planning to go on weekend, plan to be waiting to park and fight through the party crowd just to get to the front desk to deal with rude employees."
