"Clean and modern but no information about facilities given and no breakfast included in the price , asked for a taxi to airport when leaving was told to get one outside , the driver charged us double what it cost to get to the hotel ."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Moxie Zürich hotel. The staff were very helpful. Rooms were nice size and very clean. The decor is very eclectic. I would definitely recommend staying here. It is a little outside the city limits however you can easily catch the tram, which is just the next block over. The Italian restaurant which is directly across the street from the hotel was excellent."

"The room was adequate for a needs of two queen beds and the convenience of a small refrigerator and even a lockbox and the air conditioner was really good. I didn’t like that. They were literally had no amenities such as a pool or fitness room. They have an affiliation with a fitness center. That’s like attached to the hotel where you have to pay 55 Frank per person per day, which is insane. There is a shopping center next-door to the hotel, which is convenient with a couple of grocery stores and a few dining options but other than the grocery stores, the rest was useless for me. There is a bank with the ATM machine where you can use your ATM card to get Swiss francs. This hotel is not central and I took a while to get anywhere via train or Uber, but not too bad.. There’s a yummy Thai restaurant very tiny just a quarter of a mile walk from the hotel. Overall, this hotel me needs, but if I were to come back to Zürich, I probably would stay more central. Staff for otherwise very helpful when we needed anything, including extra towels.. I didn’t like that we were stuck in an elevator, and when I tried pressing the alarm and the sound was buzzing apparently no one heard it at the reception desk. I felt very claustrophobic was in there a few minutes, and thankfully, Customer had opened the elevator to go to his room and found us stuck there on the first floor.. the elevator does not go anywhere without using your key card yet strangely the elevator had closed And we were stuck"

"This hotel is located about 10 minutes away from Old Town Zurich. We took an uber to get here from Zurich HB. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite facing the pool. The pool was having a huge promoted white party, so the bass and DJ were vibrating the room. However, the music was done at 8pm and we didn't hear anything else after that. The king bed was very comfortable. My son used the couch pull out, which we had to call down 2 times for them to bring up bedding because there was no bedding for it and we had to set it all up. The pool area was nice and we used it twice. My son and I tried the buffet breakfast and was highly disappointed for what I paid (80 swiss franks = $100 usd) for cold, mediocre food. I couldn't believe the price, but I had to feed my 9 year old. After that, we just uber eats or did not eat at the hotel because I was not paying that price daily. You definitely paid for what you pay for here."

"The location is fab. The views are worth the walk up the hill. The view will take your breath away. The views from the bedroom were beautiful, clean, comfortable and worth the money. The room was large, and comfortable. The restaurant food was delicious, breakfast was tasty and well stocked. Highly recommend a stay here. Staff were friendly and very accommodating with requests/info about the train back to Zurich. When we stayed the train from ZHB was not in service, however the walk to Selnau station was convenient. The walk from Uetliberg was beautiful and part of the experience."

"Lovely hotel, clean, helpful staff on the outskirts of Basel. We stayed here as it was next to the waterpark which we used and if you book through reception you do get a discount on your booking. The Basel Card is a amazing if you plan to visit the centre of Basel with regular trains and trams to the city centre from Prattln, although the station is 10 minutes walk away. I believe it would help greatly if there were menu's to both the restaurant and bar. We didn't use either as we didn't know what was in offer. Please be aware they do charge your card when checking in, which is refunded at the end of your trip....however this should also be made clearer when the initial booking is made. Switzerland is expensive and this messed up budgeting I had in mind."
