The host was very kind and caring, they were flexible with our arrival time, and prepared food for us in good time (and they catered to vegans and the food itself was very nice!). Da niemand vor Ort war, haben wir insgesamt fast eine Stunde gebraucht um einzuchecken und ich musste 5 bis 6 mal bei der Service Hotline anrufen, was durch Roaming leider auch teuer war."

"Breakfast was included but rarely any choice.
If something ran out, it wasn't topped up. Had a boiled egg once in 6 days!
No air conditioning or fan in the room.
It was a small room with no air circulation in 34° heat, it was terrible.
The staff/owners couldn't speak English so I couldn't tell them the problems.
I would definitely not go back here or recommend it to anyone.

"Room was very nice .. just lacked AC like all hotels in Switzerland so was hot even with a small fan and tiny window open. The hotel was very conveniently located and the parking was reasonable (15 chf per night) in a lot nearby. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and very helpful. "
