Really great location. Room really clean, but very tired. Shared bathrooms were fine and clean. Crazy hot in the loft room, had a fan but the stand was all broken. There is NO on street parking as suggested. Nearby parking is way, way more than the 11.50 mentioned. I parked a mile away on a street with no restrictions as we were there for two days parking would have been about £60. If game at millennium stadium nearby parking closes too.

When arriving at 4pm our room wasn’t ready , my room wasn’t worth £150 the main door was out of order and every car parking space had no parking , we parked and was worried all evening if we would have a problem I’m not one to complain but very disappointed in my stay and would not stay there again only because my room wasn’t ready not worth the price with the price I would have liked breakfast included

Very nice stay in a lovely hotel. The only downside was there was a large wedding group in the hotel the night we stayed and we had slamming doors and loud voices right through the night but that’s not on the hotel to be fair

Fabulous courtyard room spotlessly clean shower room stayed a little damp after showering especially the floor but great amenities would def stay again. Food also good in the evening despite a delay in ordering due to a party of 90 even though we were residents thought this was a little harsh as people having food around us but had to wait until 8 . Great breakfast over the Penny Farthing so happy overall

"Very tired decoration and facilities. Bedsheets were clean, which is good, but under the bed was extremely dirty (I dropped something and had to look under the bed). There was a loud machine noise that shook the doors at times throughout the night, which meant it was not possbile to have a good sleep ..."
