From its sought-after front-row position you have clear views across to the lively Tir Prince fair and market. Inside, gentle styling and a spacious living area create a calm hub for family time after days out. The practical kitchen and utility spaces make everyday meals easy, while dedicated sleeping areas include a main suite and two further cosy rooms. The main wash space includes a superb full-size tub for a long, relaxing soak. Double glazing helps keep things comfortable in cooler months, and on warmer days the wrap-around decking with outdoor seating is a pleasant spot to sit together. On the park, families can enjoy the soft play area, amusement arcade, children’s play park and clubhouse. Within walking distance are Towyn Beach, Tir Prince Fun Fair, pubs, fish and chip shops and Abergele & Pensarn station for simple trips along the coast.
