Comfortable rooms. The bed was slightly uncomfortable but not awful. The staff was friendly and polite. The food in their dinner restaurant was very good. I had the goat pie and it was delicious. Breakfast was very good and the wait staff was super helpful. Would absolutely stay again.

Small town, great hotel

Nice hotel in Craigellachie. Don't miss the scotch bar if you want to try a wide variety of scotches. The restaurant and the bar on the lower level has great food. All of the staff were friendly for aur one night stay.

The world class whiskey bar (over 800 bottles) alone, hosted by a truly knowledgeable somm, made the stay memorable. Overwhelmed, slow dinner service and somewhat dated areas lost a star for us.

Great stay at tbe Craigellachie Hotel

Great trip with friends, very comfortable large room with huge ensuite. Excellent choice available for breakfast and adjoining Spey Inn bar offered afforable meals in tbe evening. Quaich Bar offers an impressive collection of whiskies but would be be better if they had a whisky menu to help you choose and also to give an indication of price.

Nice little hotel in the middle of Speyside. Rooms are small but cute, housekeeping could pay a little more attention to dusting in not so obvious parts of the room. Restaurant Spey inn has a nice atmosphere, a bit pricy but very good food. Bar Quaiche is just outstanding with a wide selection of whiskey and staff is just phenomenal with recommendations and advice. We had 2 great evenings there with great whiskey in cosy atmosphere.

Ideal location for touring the area, however it is overpriced for the quality of room which needs refurbished. I have stayed here previously and would say it has gone downhill.

Perfect location to explore Speyside/ distilleries

We stayed for 2N in July and found the hotel, location and accommodation ideal for our purposes. Our spacious room with a view, described/labelled as Comfy, was exactly that. Food in the hotel in the two bars/restaurants was ideal, as witnessed by the extensive number of non-residents attending over the weekend. Staff were courteous and friendly. It was also ideally located for the whisky experiences we undertook on Speyside. Added to that the Quaich whisky bar in the hotel was magnificent, as were the eclectic whisky recommendations from staff and knowledgeable locals.
