Would stay here again!

This B&B was a really nice house, about 10 min walk from the train station. They let me drop my bag before check in, and held it until I returned. Same on departure – I was able to check out of my room but leave the bag until afternoon. This gave me the freedom to walk about Elgin both days without the weight. Comfortable room, nice cooked to order breakfast options, pleasant, helpful hosts. I did have trouble with the shower, which continually cycled from too hot to too cold and back again.

We booked the Lodge for a stopover in a cycling trip. We arrived later than planned but when we let them know they were very accomodating and friendly. Just what we needed after hours in a bike! We would highly recommend and will return next time we're in the area. Thank you

チェックアウトの際に、支払いがまだだと言われ、予約時にホテルコムを通じて、カードで支払ったと思って、ホテルコムからメールされてきた領収書をみたのですが、日本語なので相手に通じなく、支払っていなかったのかなあと思い、その場でカードで支払いました。カード支払い明細をまだ見ていないのでわからないのですが、二重払いだったのかもしれません。ホテルコムにも直ぐにメールで問い合わせたのですが、いまだに返答がありません。

Wonderful

I stay at The Lodge everytime I visit the Elgin area on business. The owners are very welcoming and polite, the house is in a quiet street but very close to the town centre, and the rooms are always very clean. I also enjoy the breakfast. It is also very good value for money. I would not stay anywhere else

The Perfect Lodge

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting the Elgin area. The hosts are friendly and very helpful. The lodge is beautiful and very clean, and there are great offerings for breakfast in a cozy dining area.

Very satisfied.

Can highly recommend this hotel. It looks small but the room was big and clean, the entrance hall was lovely and the dining room was too. The owners were very welcoming and friendly. There was a good selection of food for breakfast, whether it be cooked or cold - cereals, croissants, fruit salad. It was also within easy walking distance of the town so we could leave the car when just going to the shops. We used to live outside Elgin and like to go back every year or so to revisit neighbours and the area and would definitely use this hotel again.
