This hotel is ideally located across the road from the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC). The hotel has a variety of resturants and the quality of their room service food and beverages is excellent and speedy. The room itself was big and very clean and had all the necessities: water, tea/coffee, fridge, ironing and ironing board etc. The hotel practices its sustainability pledge in relation to bedlinen and towels- I was very impressed with this. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone attending a conference in ADNEC .

much better hotels in the area
Abu Dhabi regulations every one needs to wear a mask in public areas ... Guests checking in next to me were not wearing masks. I checked in the room , they gave me a connecting room. I heard loud continuous coughing from the other side. Called the reception that I wasn’t comfortable with the fact that there is someone possibly with covid next door ! Manager never answered. Had to go down , their response was very cold. They gave me another room... guess what it was next to construction that went on the whole night !

I went to check in but as per hotel manager they will open hotel at 3pm. The manager told me the hotel was under 3 months quarantine word is really scared to me. Then other person offer us to stay centro capital. Centro not happy at all.

Hotel Stay Review
I initally booked this hotel via the app and selected to pay on arrival. While in transit, the hotel tried to process the payment without my permission and it was declined so they cancelled the booking which was a bit disappointing. Once I arrived I addressed this issue with the manager and he sorted it out promptly and swiftly to ensure there was no inconvenience. However I ended up getting a smoking room which was not the best as we are non-smokers. Overall the hotel is very clean, spacious and close to the airport. If they just improve their customer service and response standards it would be an exceptional hotel that I would reccomend for sure.

Property is well maintained. My only disappointment was that my reservation thru Expedia request a non smoking room and when I got there hotel set me up in the smoking room located in the smoking floor. ( room #1104). Pp

Excellent hotel. More 5 star than 4 star. Well located with local buses (Numbers 33 & 41) direct outside to airport and central Abu Dhabi. Very spacious rooms that are well equipped. Roof top heated pool with sauna and steam room - great view of city Excellent cleaners and attentive staff. Feast of a breakfast - great choice. Nearby 24hr shop including places to eat. Will stay again when next in Abu Dhabi.

Construction Noise at Night takes away
The reason behind my low review was the construction noise that was taking place on the seaside view of the hotel (right underneath my room). The adjacent lot was under construction which was taking place during the night. The sound insulation of the windows is very poor, which unfortunately resulted in not getting any sleep while there. Even worse for me they were not able to accommodate a transfer to another room due to the Conference taking place at the same time.

The hotel staff is VERY attentive. It was my Birthday so they surprised me with birthday cake. The room was impeccable and the beds were very comfortable. I most definitely would stay there again.
