The room was completely clean and comfortable. We were received with a warm welcome and during breakfast the staff was friendly and attentive. All was very clean and pleasant. One of our best stays in Houston.

Hotel was very nice and the staff was amazing. The only things that needed attention were the bathtub and wifi. The tub popped loudly when you moved around taking a shower. Plus the decals on the bottom of the tub needed replacing. I was afraid of slipping. The other problem was the wifi. We got logged into the hotel’s wifi but all things we wanted to watch kept starting and stopping or totally stopped. There was a lot of swirling. We could not get into Netflix due to the last not signing out.

"The room itself was a 2 star I suppose. Upon arriving I was charged a $20 deposit I only received $10 back if it after checking out. The tv did not work because it was not programmed with the new cable service. This was true for all of the rooms. They did provide enough towels for our 2 night stay ..."
