"We stayed in the Ammos suite which was beautiful and had direct views of the sea on 2 sides of the property. Staff were very helpful especially the Operations Manager, Vasilis. Rooms were exceptionally clean. It would have been helpful to have things like salt and pepper, foil etc. In the kitchen but the cupboards really are bare. Nearest supermarket is in Sami, 25 mins walk, but there is a great bakery 5 mins away sells big bottles of water in a six pack. There is also a great restaurant called Tou Kokopa a few mins walk away which is excellent."

"This was our third stay so I think that says it all! Spiros is a lovely host and always responds if you need anything. Kefalonia is a beautiful island and the villa just outside Sami is a perfect base to explore from. The pictures do not do the villa justice as there is new furniture, tv, sun beds etc. The view is also stunning. We love it here."

"Absolutely gorgeous property. Incredible location, just outside Sami. A proper haven; very peaceful. Lacking the dishwasher that the inventory lists, but otherwise a wonderful place to spend a week."

"We had a fabulous holiday in Anassa boutique. Gavriella was very helpful and replied within minutes to any questions we had. It is across a small road to the beach where we loved our morning swims and a morning cup of tea on the benches looking out to the sea & also perfectly located for a 50m walk to the restaurants, bars and the beautiful harbour of Sami. It's a lovely detached property with shade on the terrace downstairs and all-day sun on the balcony upstairs. The air con in both bedrooms was much needed and the ceiling fans were a great help also.Thanks once again Gavriella"

"The accommodation is well-situated, within walking distance of both the beach and Melissani Lake. There are some sports courts just behind the property that seem free to use, and the bakery next door is fabulous. The local beach was one of our favorites; while it might not have the dramatic beauty of Myrtos or Fteri, it is definitely the coolest beach in Kefalonia. The cold water from Melissani Lake flows into the sea here, creating a refreshing cold top layer. We really appreciated this in the July heat, and there is often a fresh breeze, too. The flat is a good size, clean, and well-furnished. The air conditioning works well, though you can't set the temperature below 23°C (which, to be fair, is cool enough). The only annoying bit is that after a while, the temperature resets itself up to 25°C or 26°C on its own. The owners are great, very helpful and even let us borrow a beach mat and a parasol, which was an absolute lifesaver!There's a couple of restaurant within walking distance which we haven't tried. Sami is only 5mn drive or 30mn walk by the beach and offer plenty choices. I'd definitely recommend this place."

"The apartment was spotlessly clean. Nice gesture of a welcome basket with essentials. Host was great. Both balcony's had views of either the pool/sea or both. 2nd time staying at the apartment and would definitely return."
