Holland House Hotel Cardiff By Sunday
Holland House Hotel Cardiff By Sunday"Check in was very frustrating, Rooms were not ready on time, and many customers were very disappointed with the service, we were at the hotel for a charity function, and the organisers were very disappointed with with the organisation of the staff, there was clearly not enough staff on duty that weekend to accommodate both guests and function organisers."
