"There are some major caveats to this, but the place was mostly worth what we paid for. The biggest exception to this, was that there was no AC, and that should have been made more clear in the listing. This fact could have been remedied with fans, but the space had only one working fan, and even then it was not very good (keep in mind this is for two rooms and a living room). The location is clearly meant for tourists, which has positives and negatives; not far from many places to eat and go...

"Pros: Der Gastgeber/Verwalter war sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation hat problemlos funktioniert. Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, auch weil wir uns in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt haben. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Cons: Bei den Lampen in der Wohnung funktionieren mindestens 4 Stück wegen kaputter Glühbirnen nicht."

"The studio is very outdated. The bathroom is in very poor condition. Light switch cover missing exposing set back cables. Toilet seat lid fell off. Extraction fan filthy and only extracts into main room. Bathroom door latch does work correctly and you get stuck in or cannot get into bathroom on regular occasions. Portable air condition machine leaks water from the sellotaped pipe. The outdoor area washing rail is rusty. The views from the apartment to what the pictures show are very subjective....
