"Very happy with the property and the grounds. Very few people in the pool in the morning. Always parasols and sunbeds free. Lovely chilled atmopshere. More local shops and resturants than we first realised. Very friendly staff."

For things we wanted to do the location was also great. The staff members were very friendly and always helpful. What we didn't like was some rowdy selfish people, people smoking weed, and if you are non smoker then be prepared possibly have a smoker on the next-door as balconies are super close to each other. "Massive pool heated. Plenty seats around the pool. Good breakfast. No shops in walking distance, like supermarket, but 5 minutes by car to the nearest one. You will need a car or go in shuttle bus once a day, leaving in the morning return in the afternoon. Reception friendly. Will come again. "

"For what we paid the hotel is outstanding, the Guy on reception is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the local area,, he can’t do enough for you. The hotel is really relaxed about bringing your own drink etc to the pool. The pool bar is superb and very reasonable cost wise. "Very enjoyable stay, lovely reception staff and cleaners. Great poolside bar with very reasonable prices. Apartment was comfortable with good kitchenette and wifi, however, there is no a/c and ceiling fans are useless so I'm not sure if it would be bearable in mid-summer. This is our third time staying here and the glass around the pool has been filthy each time, which is a pity considering the rest of the place is very clean."

"Mix of people stay from groups of girls and lads to families and couples, pool can become very busy later afternoon, rooms are clean and tidy. Very quiet in room at night to sleep. Easy walkable to beaches and Siam park. After check out they have a shower and give you new towels to use for them if you ask at front desk "

"Apartment was amazing, the spiral staircase to the second bedroom and en-suite with the huge corner bath was a bonus. Only minor negative which didn’t really impact our stay but was annoying at chill time was the tv was tiny and placed away from the sofa. Hotel was only 15 min walk to los christianos beach, 20 min walk to Veronica’s. Large Supermarket was opposite for all you need if self catering. "

"All the staff were fantastic and friendly, especially the hard so but happy team in the restaurant!! The rooms were tired and basic but ok, air con was ok! The property is at the edge of both las americas and los christianos so costs about €8-10 each way in a taxi. Main pool absolutely Baltic but middle one fantastic hence the beds all going by 8am!!"

"Comfortable and clean apartment with good balcony. No English speaking TV channels and no one advised us what the WiFi code was. Complementary water. No toiletries apart from hand soap. Basic kitchen area was also good, again no washing up liquid. We didn't use the pool or restaurant as we only stayed one night. Staff all very friendly. Good mercadona supermarket near by with other shops and restaurants. We would stay again. "

"Convenient location for shops, bars, restaurants etc. The apartments are spread over a large area and if you are staying in one of the higher number apartments there is a long trek to the entrance/exit as this is the only way in or out of the complex, there is another gate at the far end near to the higher number apartments but this is always locked. If you have difficulty, definitely ask for a lower number apartment at the point of booking, we asked when checking in but was told they were...
