Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife

"Fantastic hotel in a great location with excellent facilities and entertainment. The hotel is very well maintained and our room was gorgeous and kept spotless throughout our stay. We stayed in a Rock Royalty room with the added perk of 15th-floor lounge access which was well worth it. We also had a separate VIP check in on the 13th floor. The staff were fantastic and breakfast in the RR lounge was excellent, with plenty of choice and eggs your way cooked to order. I had Eggs Benedict most mornings which I really enjoyed. We stayed All Inclusive and were impressed by the quality and variety of both the food and drinks. There were plenty of options and the standard was consistently high. We spent most of our time at the adults-only Eden Pool, which had a great atmosphere. The DJs played excellent music throughout the day without it being too overbearing or intrusive. The spa was one of the best I’ve visited. The thermal circuit was fantastic and even included a snow room. I also had a facial which was incredibly relaxing. My partner used the gym and found it had everything he needed. Our only disappointment was that the Friday White Party was cancelled due to the weather, but given how great the entertainment was throughout our stay, we’re sure it would’ve been another highlight of the holiday. Overall, a fantastic holiday and we wouldn’t hesitate to return! 😁"

"Lovely apartment for a few day. Bit of a climb if you struggle with hills although you can take a cab. Staff are very friendly. Would have liked to have the room cleaned but not too much of a problem. Would stay again as can’t fault the apartment but did not really like the surrounding area."

"The hotel exceeded my expectations, considering how reasonable it was compared to other 5* family friendly hotels. The room we chose had two bathrooms and a proper dividing door between the bedroom and living space meaning we could put our toddler to bed and still keep the lights on and use the bathroom off the bedroom. The breakfast buffet was great, and the evening buffet was a different cuisine every night so it didn’t get too repetitive. Two very family friendly pools with slides and no mad panic to find a sun lounger. There’s a shopping centre opposite the hotel which was handy for supermarket trips and cafe options for lunch. All in all we’d definitely recommend it! Evening mini disco or entertainment shows for the kids were a real hit too."

"Great location and staff were lovely. Lots of cockroaches around and room clean is questionable. Asked for room to be sprayed because it was full of flies and a couple of cockroaches. Someone came out and did it quickly. Kept them at bay for less than 15 hours Asked for the room to be cleaned and floor swept. Unfortunately mess was still there from previous occupants Kitchen well stocked, towels were not replaced unless asked. Pool heated but couldn’t see the hot tub anywhere Location is fab"
