The apartment has two floors; the main floor features one bedroom, 1 bathroom with a shower, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large 25-square-meter terrace where you can enjoy 4 wonderful views of the ocean and the pools.
The lower level features a large living room divided by a partition wall that provides some privacy for a bedroom with two single beds; on the other side of the partition is a double sleeper sofa. This level also has a bathroom with a shower and direct access to the residential complex.

The duplex is ideal for a holiday any time of year thanks to Tenerife’s exceptional climate.
Just a few metres’ walk away, you’ll find the beach, recreational areas, and spectacular seaside promenades.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay:
dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, drip coffee maker, hair dryer, ...
Bed linens, bath towels, and pool towels are provided. A cot and high chair are also available free of charge (upon request).

The complex features fantastic common areas, 4 swimming pools (one of which is heated in winter and another small one for babies), well-maintained gardens, and a poolside bar/restaurant where you can eat, drink, and enjoy a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere at reasonable prices.

Pool hours in summer: 12:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; in winter: 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The poolside bar/restaurant is open from 12:00 to 21:00.

Other useful information:
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
If you wish to check out after 11:00 AM, this is subject to availability and must be confirmed 24 hours in advance.
Check-ins and check-outs between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will incur a fee of €40, payable at check-in.

The resort has a car park where you can have your own private parking space.
