THE PROPERTY
Modern, spacious & air-conditioned home only 2km from CBD. Quiet street within a central & convenient suburb.

Dog-friendly (no cats unfortunately). Laundry contains a doggy door for small dogs. Nice sized yard with grass area and side gate so the dogs are secure in the yard.

Perfect for a group/family getaway or something comfortable for a work trip.

2 bedrooms but accommodates a max. of 6 guests.

On the cusp of the CBD parklands & a 15-min drive to the Adelaide Hills. Great restaurants, pubs & supermarkets all within a couple of hundred metres.

The house is spacious, comfortable and modern with a large living area including a 5-seater couch and 75" smart TV with the full suite of streaming services.

Plenty of outdoor space for entertaining including outdoor table, chairs and barbeque.

Bedrooms located upstairs and living downstairs.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Master bedroom:
Comfortable king bed and bedding, ensuite and walk-in-robe.

Second bedroom:
Can be configured as either a king bed or two long singles at your preference. Separate upstairs bathroom which can be allocated to second bedroom.

Sofa bed:
Queen sofa bed downstairs to accommodate additional guests. Sofa bed located in second living space separated from main living area.
