"The location was fantastic! It is close to the beach and right on the Promenade. Super convenient and close to restaurants and shops. The breakfast is very nice. Lots of delicious options. The rooms are clean and neat, but very small. No additional seating, just the bed, limited storage for items. For the price, it was a nice stay. We enjoyed our time at the Hotel Arena. "

"The property was clean. The staff was excellent! They were so kind and at every morning breakfast, they remembered our drink order after day one. The property is within walking distance of food and the beach. It's an houtr awaysfrom the main city of venice. We rented a car, but nearby public transportation is also available. "
"Aircon did not work, room was boiling, Natasha from reception promised three times a handy man would come to fix it but did not, finally offered a different room on the FINAL night of stay but did not show to change room.
The fridge did not work.
The housekeeping walked in on two seperate occasions whilst I was in the room, both times changing before I went out for the day.
The shower was tiny.
Overall, I would not stay here again.
The only positive is the young man behind reception was friendly and positive, I did not get his name."
