Long Bien Hotel Guide - Aeon Mall hotels in Long Bien, Vietnam.

"Nice breakfast, kind staff"

"Better than expected"

"Excellent room and good service"

"Room and bathroom so dirty!!"

"2 star"

"The maids have been in Long Beach."

"Rất tuyệt vời, tốt nhất trong khu vực"

"unfortunately, they do not have housekeeping services unless you specially request for your towels to be changed. The room was quite small but i guess it is also the price you pay for it...."

"Staff was very helpful and accommodating"

"The hotel was terrible, a waste of money. The room was filthy, the bathroom was dirty, the bedsheets were messy, and there were condom wrappers and sanitary napkin wrappers in the bedside drawers. The room was unremarkable. The receptionist said they had sold the deluxe room to an hourly guest and would arrange a different room for me, and that I would be moved to a different room that evening. Utter nonsense! "

"Very lovely and helpful staff, and the location is great"

"I stayed in a small, but nicely put together room. I saw some of the othe rooms, also nicely put together some a little larger. The dining area was nice, breakfast only. In an area close to the lake and shopping. I would stay there again."

"The view was extremely nice ocean front very friendly stuff"

"Good location for food and drink, massage and walk around. Beautiful hotel and friendly staff who always help. Will choose this hotel again for the next trip"
