"I've stayed in this property twice and have had an excellent time each time. My trip in 2026 was a solo trip and I booked 3 separate and consecutive reservations due to changing plans and I did not want to lose my main stay dates. The staff was helpful when I arrived past midnight and offered to combine them into one room. The process was fast and smooth. They also kept my luggage that was shipped there safe. My single room had a double bed and even though it was small, it was a bit bigger than some hotel rooms I've had in Tokyo and had enough space to open my carry on and check in bags. The hotel is also a 5 min walk to the station. Would recommend for anyone who wants to stay for an event at Makuhari Messe "

"A modern hotel, conveniently located with lots of restaurants, shopping centers and the train station within easy reach. The staffs are friendly and helpful, the room is spacious and clean, unfortunately the only disappointment is the extractor fan in the shower room which was covered in dust."

"Mrs. Nakamura was very communicative, helpful, and extremely generous providing delayed check out. The check in process went very smoothly, with photos of the hotel and street numbers making it especially for foreigners. The hotel was a short 10 minute taxi ride from Makuhari Messe convention center making it convenient. She did offer two bicycles as well. The neighborhood is very quiet, making it easy to get a good nights rest. Overall highly recommended!"
