"Staying on the Executive Floor is the only way to go. You are pampered from the moment you arrive. On arrival you can wait in the club having breakfast and other refreshments until your room is ready. Each evening from 5:00-7:00 there is happy hour with a buffet of interesting canapés that vary throughout the week. This was also a fun way to try some South African wines and liquor. The sparkling white was our favorite. Our reservation included breakfast and dinner. The dinner was five star outstanding. The fillet was comparable to a five star steakhouse. Service was spot on. Dinner was a leisurely pace which was perfect after a day of touring. This was our second stay at the TAJ Cape Town and we would always stay here if returning."

"Lovely Riad in the heart of the Medina, just steps from the main square. With a courtyard view room there was the added bonus of seeing some great live jazz in the courtyard every night. The spa is also terrific. Both the guys at the front desk were extremely helpful. Thanks to Soufiane for all his extra recommendations and help."

"As a cyclist kenzi rose garden was ideally located to access all the routes going south. The restaurants and buffet were excellent that there really was no need to eat outside. Hotel needs to do something about people who lack discipline at a buffet. I get upset seeing people piling their plates, taking a nibble at one thing, and discarding the rest."

"Firstly i would like to thank a few staff member's for making me and my family feel welcomed and went beyond expectations to make sure we was happy and satisfied. I couldn't asked for a better place to stay. Mohammed Bqchir, IMAD, Aisha, Jaouad. Thanks once again. property is nice clean poolside was clean lots off seating. Common area was nice in cosy. Restaurant/Bar area was nice. Breakfast a bit for everyone. Room was nice spacious and clean we mini fridge and microwave and a balcony. Bathroom had bath and shower separate which was amazing. Toilet was also separated which was a bonus for families The hotel wasn't to far away from the big square walking was less than 10 minutes if you know where your going. Not to far from the menara mall. "
