The newly renovated and furnished apartment is 800 meters from the Valley of the Temples and 1 km from the city center. Especially in Supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Free parking under the house. At 50 m you can find the bus stop to the sea (10 minutes), in the center (5 minutes) or in the archaeological area. Ideal if you want to move without a car and easily reachable from every direction. Two bedrooms and a large living room with sofa bed. Air conditioners, heating and washing machine.
The accommodation is suitable for both family and friends, given the possibility of having two double beds and two singles or three doubles. The equipment is such and which to a normal modern home. The apartment is on the second floor.

Nice stay, but a bit small for 6 people

We stayed a couple of nights. The apartment is well located to visit the Valley of the Temples and was very clean overall. 3rd floor with no lift was a bit challenging with the suitcases. Also, apartment was a bit too small for 6 people. Overall, we had a good stay.

Exactly what we needed

This flat is exactly what we needed. It is very close to the Valley of the Temples. We walked there the first day. We also walked to city center (which is up hill!). There’s a supermarket next door and restaurants within walking distance. Francesco is very nice, and gave us good advice about the area. Should we return to the area, we would stay here again.

Great location and wonderful apartment

The apartment is just like the photos and while it is on a busy street there is not much traffic noise. Parking was off street and safe given you are directly across from a police station. Perfectly situated to go see the Valley of the Temples which were phenomenal. Some great restaurants nearby. We didn’t get a chance to see the town of Agrigento as our time was too short. Our host was great. He met us at the apartment and took us through everything. He provided some recommendations and the apartment had everything you need. Would definitely recommend.

Dual Balcony

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. Francesco was a wonderful welcoming host. The apartment is well situated with ample free parking and our car was safe during our stay. The archeological museum is an 800m walk away. We drove to the entrance of the actual temples, though, as that is a bit further along without an obvious sidewalk for part of the way. There is a very good supermarket just up the street, no problem to walk. The apartment itself feels comfortable with a small balcony off the kitchen and another off of the main living room. The second balcony has a small bistrot table and 2 chairs. There is a kitchen table and a dining room table. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend :)

Francesco greeted us on arrival and provided most helpful local information. The apartment is perfectly located for the Valley of Temples, is large and very comfortable. A great stay!

January trip

Off the beaten path and low time of year meant that many restaurants were closed. However, no crowds! This flat is very comfortable. Close to Temples. A little far from the historic center to walk at night, but a nice little strip of decent restaurants is a short block away in the other direction. Good proximity to grocery store and atm.

Perfect

Exactly as described. Communication = perfect. Location = perfect. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Two supermarkets around the corner. We enjoy cooking while traveling so this made the arrangement even better. Valley of the Temples is a long walk, but doable. We ended up taking the bus to Gate 5 and returned from Gate 2. Highly recommend this way of seeing the Valley. The walk was invigorating. Just a few miles a day.

Good apartment, good location

The apartment was clean and functional and well located to walk to the Valley of the Temples, the town and restaurants. There were lots of maps and tourist info in the apartment that we could use, and it was much appreciated. We did eat in as well as at restaurants, so having the grocery store, with wine, just next door, was an added bonus. As a cook, my only comment would be that the kitchen could use a larger chef knife, a pair of scissors and perhaps a larger coffee pot. We managed quite well, but these additions would help other guests. Finally, Agrigento was a great destination!

Amplio apartamento cercano a Agrigento y al valle de los Templos

El apartamento es amplio con dos dormitorios, salón cocina y un baño. Es fácil aparcar en la calle. Está a cinco minutos en coche del centro de Agrigento y del Valle de los Templos. La entrada fue sencilla, recogiendo las llaves de un cajetín con clave numérica. Y la salida también. Francesco nos resolvió rápidamente dudas. Todo muy bien.

Un buen apartamento a 15 minutos andando del centro de Agrigento y cercano también al valle de los templos. Aparcamiento disponible en la calle en una zona segura. El propietario muy atento y amable nos recibió a la llegada y nos informó de posibles visitas, playas, restaurantes, etc. Muy recomendable.

Cute apartment near ruins

This apartment is in a great location in Agrigento with ocean views and walking distance to the Valley of the Temples and restaurants. It is on a main street, easy to find with off street parking. The only reason I gave only 4 stars on location was that there was a lot of street noise with vehicles going by at all hours of the night. If you are a light sleeper maybe this isn't the place for you, otherwise it's a gem!

Close to Valley of the Temples

Excellent communication with Francesco and easy access. Situated on a busy road but quiet at night with windows closed. Generally comfortable large rooms, one balcony off the kitchen to the front and one off the living room at the back. Very useful location for visiting the Valley of the Temples but 20 minute uphill walk to centre of Agrigento. Supermarket within 100 yards and we chose to cook in for two nights but could have driven into town to eat. Positive experience. Thank you Francesco.

Great Stay in Agrigento close to Valley of the Temples

Francesco was a great host. He greeted us at the time we had specified. He showed us the apartment and provided many helpful hints about the area. He recommended dining at Il Re di Gigantic within walking distance of the apartment which was excellent. The apartment was well situated; but there was some traffic noise. It included a well equiped kitchen and the air conditioning was appreciated since it was quite hot at the time of our visit. The apartment is very light and cheery with a nice balcony in the back providing distant views of the sea.
