Rooms are located close to the main street of Agrigento (about 5 min walk up 60 steps) and walking distance to both the train and bus stations.
I stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment, which is really a 1 bedroom with a large single in the living area. I only used the latter and it was comfortable enough. This area would be better set up as a living room as it is where the TV is, so at present you have to sit on the bed to watch TV and if there were four people I think it would be a bit uncomfortable.
The kitchen has a full stove and fridge with freezer, but no microwave or electric kettle and limited cooking equipment. The kitchen also has a small dining table and chairs. The upstairs bedroom looked really nice, but you have to negotiate stairs to go to the bathroom as it is on the lower level. The bathroom was adequate for my needs.
Would I stay there again, yes, it was good value for money and would be perfect for either a single or couple, but a bit small for four.
