"What a fabulous little cabin at the top of the hill with a marvelous view. This was exactly what we wanted. Felt remote but safe…rustic but modern amenities…just loved it!We cooked, played music, danced, and napped. We also kayaked and hiked all around the lake and visited Julian. It was a perfect little getaway from the city.Dana was responsive and communicative. They have a great place there. We will definitely be back!"

"This cute little house was just what I needed for relaxation and solitude. It's on a very quiet road. The only noise was the wind in the trees and the birds singing. The outside seating options provided plenty of places to enjoy coffee, a barbecued meal, or just having conversation. The decor inside is thoughtfully put together, and very comfortable. I visited the California Wolf Center, which is conveniently located only a mile or so away from the property. It was certainly one of the highlights of my stay. I would definitely consider staying there again."

"Ok. Pictures do not lie. This is everything you think it will be. The views, the relaxing oasis environment so amazing. Sitting in the outside birdcage listening to the wind through the trees and the babbling brook below just awesome. I have not felt so at peace and relaxed for years."
