"Very friendly and accomodating front desk staff, especially during our evening wait for return flight. Delicious breakfast and clean rooms. Great location in Barranco neighbourhood, with short walk to the oceanfront. Merci beaucoup!"

"The Hotel Indigo was an excellent location for my stay in Miraflores! The hotel is a 4 mins walk to the Larcomar mall with food ans shops. A 2 min walk to the melecon overlooking the ocean. The area is also a 25 minute leisurely walk down the melecon to Barranco with more fine dining. The hotel is also connected to the Intercontinental for breakfast and has great views.
The rooms are great with heating and A/C, comfy beds and a beautiful bathroom. Thebstaff is accommodating and kind to both...

"The staff were friendly enough, but the management of the hotel was lacking in basic planning and customer service protocols. There is no safe, and there are no bedside reading lights. After check-in they tell you “by the way” the restaurant downstairs will have noisy events “only until 1:30 or 2:00” on Friday and Saturday nights. Although street noise is to be expected for a ‘city view’ room in a huge city like Lima. the restaurant noise was terrible. Four out of five nights the doorbell rang...

"The room we stayed at was wonderful, all the staff were accommodating and considerate and SOO kind. Our group didn’t speak much Spanish but they went above and beyond to make us comfortable and help us when we needed. Breakfasts were wonderful (loved the oriental rice) and one of the security men helped us with our wheelchair without fail every time we came and left (which was a lot). Highly recommend. Also wonderful atmosphere and the kitchen space was super useful. will definitely go back on our next visit :)"
"Loved it. Clean, modern, great amenities and superb location. Staff was friendly and multilingual. The hotel is across the road from a large mall that has Starbucks, KFC, loads of other food stores, clothes, home goods and lots more."
"I booked a private room and it was beautiful and very clean. It was my first time staying in a hostel, and the experience was even better than I expected. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful.
It does get a bit noisy because of the bar next door, but it wasn’t enough to bother me, was like white noise, almost soothing. After a certain hour it becomes completely quiet, and the lights in the hallways turn off, no light seeped into the room. Overall, a great stay!
In addition, they had free activities to get you engaged with other hostel members which is nice to take advantage of."
