The staff were very unhelpful. Any question asked they were unable to answer. They even said they couldn't help give details for a taxi to take me to another town.

Comfortable stay. Not exactly 5 star but a decent 4 star hotel, serves very good breakfast
Excellent customer centric and hardworking people and especially to mention Parth Who was hugely helpful and courteous

The worst hotel I have stayed in to date. Horrible location , Right next to the slums. It’s a motel6 turned marriotts. There is plenty of options for you
I stayed second time at Fairfield by Marriott and customer service was exceptional. Parth was very accomodating with my requests and during my stay Dhruv and Maharshi did an amazing job happily with their smiling face. The rooms were very clean and the whole ambience of the property was very inviting. Breakfast buffet was delicious and staff working there seems to be very happy doing wonderful job. I highly recommend this place for people transiting with families as its not very far from international airport.

The hotel site does not mention that the hotel is still Inder renovation, and that there’s no pool available. Had we known this, we would have chosen another hotel. Further, both checkin and check out experience were extremely slow, inefficient and far below the Marriott standards.
