Perfect spot for the continuation of our father/son Germany trip! Clean, quiet, nice bathroom, friendly service (they helped me print my tickets for the Bayern Munich match / thank you!!!!!) Would totally stay here again.

This was a lovely hotel. We stayed here for Oktoberfest, conveniently located easy to use public transportation. Air conditioning works very well which was super helpful after hot days outside. Coffee machine in lobby is nice and the staff were all lovely.

My favorite hotel in München during my business travel, always a nice welcome at the desk, nice breakfast, easy parking. THe heavvy fire doors of the rooms are a little bit too noisy when closing at night.

Needs some improvements

Nice place, nothing special. A few things were a bit disappointing: no minibar or fridge in the room. No coffee maker. The front desk service was a bit spotty after hours. The room needed some minor repairs with the bathroom door. One big problem was the blankets were incredibly thin for January temperatures.

Would not stay here

Stayed at the Hotel during Oktoberfest and as a result the cost per night was very high. Our AC was broken and we got moved to a new room late at night. The only problem was the room he gave us was occupied! When we told him, he insisted it wasnt and went to the same room and woke the other couple again. He then did it again! I am unaware of an instance of such incompetence delivered with a level of indifference. Horrible customer service, below average rooms, and a really poor location in the city. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Our luggage was locked up for the day prior to check in. Location is off the beaten path across from giant, giant Spatel brewery. Hospital must be near by, several ambulances pass by. Most places of interest 1/2 mile away. Easy walk or use the trolley to get closer.

Flott og rent rom, med stort bad! Var dessverre hverken kaffe/vannkoker eller kjøleskap på rommet. Greit med parkeringsmuligheter, både gateparkering og parkeringskjeller. Et stykke å gå til gamlebyen (30 minutter), men undergrunnstasjon 20 meter fra hotellet gjorde det enkelt å komme seg inn til byen.
