"Swimming pool was under maintenance and closed"

"We've stayed here because the rating was excellent, 9.0/10.0. But the hotel is mediocre; room was small, in need of some room upgrade. Staff wasn't particularly friendly, especially the supervisor looked grumpy, directing his staff in unfriendly manners. I'd have to say it wasn't terrible, but the rating was very misleading that caused my disappointment. No western food for breakfast, but very many western food n nearby. Definately something to consider when you choose this hotel."

"A secure hotel. Helpful staff. Hotel is popular amongst auto rickshaws and Uber. Banks situated outside the hotel, to exchange your foreign currency, where you get a better rate."

"Staff in the breakfast area were lovely and so helpful. Staff at reception were brilliant when it came to helping us arrange our airport shuttle and getting all our luggage loaded into the cars. Cleanliness of the room could have been better. Bathroom floor was never really cleaned properly during our 3night stay, plus drainage smell from the toilet. "

"Hope to have a little more variety on the morning buffet for the western portion. Some meat or bacon will be good."

"Very Poor Service.lots of improvement needed in service aspect.Front desk staff needs more training.Please keep hallway lights on.Do not save energy bill at the cost of comfort.It is dark .I mentioned it to your staff and a manager both.still it wasn't taken care of.when guest asks you to tidy up the room, please replenish toiletries etc.TV remotes.don't work.Do Pest control please.. Lizard came to room in the middle of the night... Also ,keep notepad and pen for guest Don't just keep minibar...

"The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. I arrived late and left early to catch the flight. The room was clean and comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay."
