"This property is a fully furnished, 3 br, 2 bath brick, single family house located approximately one mile from the downtown / historical district beautiful Edenton, North Carolina. Dog friendly with a fenced in rear paddock which includes water views, well established lawn and a covered hot tub. The living room and each bedroom has wall mounted televisions with a wide selection of available streaming services. Fully equipped kitchen includes all expected appliances and a stand alone hot and cold purified water dispenser. The host was responsive to all communications and helpful to all requests. Should our travels take us back to Edenton, We will look to stay at this property again."

"We enjoyed our stay @ your cottage. It was well equipped and a peaceful location. Some draw blinds over the patio doors would have helped block the sun where we would watch TV but we managed to drape the leg blankets over that doorway and block the sun that way.We will keep your place in mind for another stay."

"This property has had a bad reputation in the past, but it has now been renovated. The king bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean but sloppy caulking in the bathroom makes the floor around the toilet look dirty but it is not dirty. The shower was fine with a good shower head and hot water. It was a very hot, humid day and night, but the air conditioning kept us cool. The person checking us in was friendly and helpful. There is nothing fancy about this place but it met our needs adequately."
