"We arrived late evening, however a staff member was still on site, she was very pleasant and extremely helpful, made us feel “at home”. The castle has been kept very authentic and would be exactly what someone would want to experience in a castle built in 1283, absolutely amazing place. Would recommend anyone to stay. "Room was very comfortable, direct access to the thermal spa was really handy, robes and spa towels and slippers and tote bag were very convenient. Wrist band allows room access and spa and sauna access, that was really convenient. If therme spa is busy, it can be difficult to get into the parking lot. Hotel and spa are in what looks like a commercial area, it’s not overly attractive. No nice views from the rooms. "
