Amazing location, staff and facilities. We stayed at the superior double room and it was perfect a 2 night stay. Only thing that let it down was the strange odour that lingered in the reception, lift and corridors. Sewage issue? Would be nice if the hotel installed air fresheners. It hit us every time we entered the hotel.

Everything was perfect and clean, the Kitchen supplies, the confortable beds, the access, etc. Unfortunately, the cleaning of the room was missing for all four days that we we stayed there. The lady never went to our área to do the cleaning of the room.

Would’ve been useful to know beforehand that the rooms were not real rooms, therefore not soundproof. Also had to help new guests through a check-in process at 9:30pm ...
