"Room was good and Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was of a good standard (Eggs Royale) and coffee was good. Reasonably priced too as we hadn't planned to eat there. Special mention to the night staff when we checked in after 11pm on the wrong day but managed to squeeze us in anyway. It's that sort of service that can be sorely lacking in some of the Chain hotels. Top Marks"

"Robert on reception was accommodating when I arrived around 11pm to no restaurant being open… that was a long day/drive… all staff friendly and helpful. The only negative was I couldn’t pump the shower gel as the metal case was in a weird spot… great breaky. "

"While the listing said we had a dryer we did not. We had a drying rack. We only packed enough clothes for 5 days because we didn’t want to pack two weeks worth of clothes. I planned to do laundry…. It took 2-3 days to dry one outfit for each of us and the rack barely held both outfits. I had no idea that road would be so busy all night but it was. I am a very light sleeper so had I known I would have looked for something else. We also heard every step the people above us took. While it says there is parking it is parking on the road and most times you have to park down the road. "
