"Breakfast wasn't bad, parking was a little tight but not too bad. The room smelt like bleach, i would say i didn't mind that it just made me feel like they disinfect good. It was reasonable for the price we paid."

"The staff was excellent, they where at best, I booked this hotel because it look beautiful on the outside, but the rooms were not so great. My tv was not functioning, the ac made a weird dripping noise, there was no microwave, the ice machine broke, but everything was good at the lobby, the restaurant food was great, the shuttle to Disneyland was great as well, the staff was so great! But the buses where old, I believe staff did it’s best on what they got! That’s why I gave a overall score of 3 stars.. thank you. "

"No signal toward the back of the building. WiFi also was unable to connect several occasions. AC didn’t work properly throughout my family’s stay. Also second day there the shower handle came completely off. Called the from desk due to not being able to shut off the running water. Maintenance came to “fix it”. We left for the day once we came back later that night there was no way to turn on the water the handle was able to completely come off again but now there was no water. Called the front desk and wasn’t able to get in contact with them. Attempted 6x’s finally was able to connect with someone they offered to switch room at 1am. We could unfortunately not switch rooms due to having two kids under two being asleep. Called in the morning and was told they were unable to fix it but we could borrow another room to only shower but they only had the 2nd floor available. Was also notified I could checkout the latest 12pm. We’ve stayed before and really enjoyed our stay but this definitely made us think twice about choosing this place again. "

"This is my favorite hotel to stay at when I’m visiting Disneyland. The staff are always kind and helpful. Rooms are always clean and smell good and having breakfast before going to the parks is a win! "

"This hotel was fun and very much could be a nice place to be with the kids. But unfortunately 2 out of the 3 nights the hallways were filled with smoke and the smell of marijuana and my son ended up having breathing issues. The staff acted like they didn't know but several of us moms had complained so I know the cleaning staff and security all smelled it as well and no one choose to do anything. Until people started actually leaving to get their kids away from it. "

"I was disappointed with the parking situation because you have to pay for parking which is fine but then you can’t even park in front of the room you are staying at if you are on the first floor but to add to it you have to go find your own parking spot that has been sold to people that aren’t even guests at the hotel so it makes the start of the trip already bittersweet so I don’t think I will be returning to this hotel because it’s too much of an inconvenience."
