"What I liked best about this property was that it was very clean and didn't have a bad smell! It didn't smell like anything, which is perfect for me! We were looking for something quiet, cozy (small as we are just a couple), and clean. That's what this cabin was! Property manager was absolutely fantastic as well. "This was my second time staying here. The property offers a great escape from, well, everything. It is well located just 10 minutes from downtown Crosby full of some great spots! I really enjoy the cozy, quiet feel of the Boathouse. This was my second trip, both of which were in the colder months. It offers great views of the lake, and outstanding sunsets. "This was our second stay at The Cabin. Everything is as shown in the listing. Actually, the patio chairs are now Adirondack type. The owners are accommodating and make the rental process easy. There was a strong winter storm during our visit, but we still made use of the patio and fire pit after some shoveling. We look forward to coming back again when the lake is not frozen and we can use the pontoon and screened back porch."

"We absolutely adored this property! The property and cabin were clean and stocked as promised. Location was perfect, literally feet from the water. Dock was large and sufficient to dock boat and support lots of beach play. The other cabin owners nearby were friendly and respectful. Couldn't have asked for better! We even said upon arrival that if we were to buy a cabin, this place would be exactly what we'd want, and we'd probably end up living in it year round!"

"We loved our stay here! Everything was so beautiful! Our favorite places to hang out were the firepit and the outdoor porch. The bedding and mattresses are so comfortable! We went hiking at a local trail, came back and made soup on the stove, played cards and had s’mores by the firepit. The fact that we could bring the dogs too was so nice! I love all the decorative touches in both cabins. Perfect getaway. Can’t wait to come back!"
