"Staff was very cold and abrupt. The building looks like it may not last the next earthquake. It’s really old. The carpets look like they are from the 80’s. There were stains in the room and broken furniture. No ice machines. No refrigerators in the room. It’s a joke that it’s listed as a 5 star property. ..."
