Enjoy our very roomy, 1,500 sq. ft. lake level private guest suite, in our Owner occupied home, only a 3 minute walk from Dusty's Landing
Watch boats, canoes, kayaks and fishermen float by while enjoying our water level patio. Our 3 bedroom (3rd BR is is available for 3 or more additional "paid" guests), 2 baths, fireplace, "large foyer used as 2nd BR", living room, and fully stocked kitchen all with water view and walkout patio. Laundry, WiFi, local TV and Roku, pontoon rental for a water visit to lake restaurants and bars. Fishing on 230' sea wall with fishing equipment provided

-💰$ Base rate covers 2 GUESTS OCCUPANCY (2 QUEEN BEDS), EACH additional guest is $25 per guest, per night up to 8 GUESTS (4 QUEEN BEDS).
-MAXIMUM 2 DOGS ALLOWED $25 fee extra for cleaning + $50 REFUNDABLE PET DAMAGE DEPOSIT.

-Check in is 4PM, check out is 11AM - flexible

-Help reduce plastic pollution. We provide Apec water filter system which lowers TDS (total dissolved solids) to near zero for your drinking safety and enjoyment.

Bring your own boat, kayaks, canoes and paddle boards or rent from one of the local marinas. Some even offer free delivery.

We are near Firestone Country Club, minutes from the areas finest dining and night clubs, a short drive to Canton (20 min.) and Cleveland (35 min), Akron/Canton Airport (15 min) and Cleveland Airport (45 min). Easy day trips to visit NFL HOF, Ohio & Erie Canalway, Cuyahoga Vally National Park, Akron Zoo, Cleveland Zoo, Cedar Point, Rock & Roll HOF and Cleveland sports teams. Fine dining, wine bar, lake bars, fast food, burger joints, Pav's famous ice cream all less than 2 miles. Turkeyfoot Golf Course only 2 minutes away. Groceries 4 minutes away.

Great Ohio visit

Great stay.! All amenities were as communicated and then some. Hosts left fresh baked cookie bars at initial check in. Only negative was towels in Master Bathroom seemed not clean, but we were able to changeout with other towels in closet. We look forward to another visit in warmer months...

Great stay

Throughly enjoyed out stay. Plenty of room, large living room with floor to ceiling windows. Enjoyed coffee in the kitchen watching the cranes come and go. Even daisy our GR enjoyed watching the squirrels ducks and birds Would definitely recommend and stay again

Comfortable Place for a Family Rendezvous

We were welcomed by pretty flowers and delicious cookies on the kitchen table left by our hosts, Dave & Marty. The accommodations were spacious, clean and very comfortable. The Property is along a water way which leads out to the lake. There is a nice patio outside of the kitchen to grill and socialize or just sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. One evening Dave & Marty connected with us from their deck above and we found them to be very nice folks! Hope to be able to stay here again!

Very clean and very roomy!

Had a wonderful time in Ohio at this rental. It was very clean and spacious. The owners provided just about everything we needed. Our grandkids visited us while we were there, and they were a little rambunctious. The owners took it all in stride without any complaint. The setting on the water was beautiful, so was the property. We would definitely rent this property, again.

The property is stunning. I wish our stay had been under better circumstances. Stayed for 4 nights to attend a funeral. We did not have time to really enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Everything was 1st class. Could not have gone better.

The house was perfect, host perfect, didn't have very much firewood, or charcoal, boat dock, and lake not so much, dock need cleaned (hot host falt the state was cleaning lake was dredging had lot of trouble getting pontoon in and out of boat dock that part ) Over all my Amish friends enjoyed and already talking about a week vata

Beautiful views from patio to lake along tree lined canal.

After a bit of confusion we found the hard to see driveway between 4660 and 4648 and drove down. Unsure about where to park. No garage for guests, but adequate space on side of driveway. After walking down about 15-20 stairs to guests quarters, found delightful suite with lots of space in all areas. Truly delighted by views to lawn, canal, and entrance to lake. Would definitely rent again. Pleasant owner and cookies to die for (thank you Marti!)

Great place on the lake.

We were very happy with this property. I wasn't sure how it would be having the owner in the top half of the house, but they are very quiet and not intrusive. They pretty much stayed away unless I initiated conversation and then was very friendly. I really enjoyed talking with David, but never met his wife. The downstairs rental area is HUGE. We had more space than in the whole houses that we've reneted. The house is very clean and well kept. The yard is well landscaped. The house is very well stocked with everything you could need. The location is convenient to pretty much everything in the area. Whenever we are in the area, we will try to stay here again.

Quiet place to sit outside and enjoy a meal and State Park nearby to explore

Our family enjoyed our quiet weekend getaway. We spent much time outside enjoying the view and chatting. The owner was very helpful with information and also showed us 'where he grew his own worms for fishing'. We enjoyed some lite fishing, although next time I'd bring bug spray standing so close to the water. I'd also bring bottled water for coffee and drinking. The owner graciously provided 6 bottles of water and coffee. We drink lots of water and are very particular about water. The water here does have a slight sulfur smell, but if you're not fussy about that, it's fine. The apartment is below the owners living quarters was clean and spacious and very comfortable. The beds were great, too. Yes, the owner lives upstairs and sometimes you can hear him and his wife walking around, but it really is quite nice. Our little family get away was quite enjoyable. Our main reason for staying here was so that we could explore the National Park and the home's quaint location just off the lake.

The property was exactly what we needed for our trip. Space was equipped, large and relaxing. Friends and family wanted to come visit us instead of us needing to go visit them. One friend said it was like a little vacation for her too! We hope to be able to stay here again!

Beautiful property, exactly as pictured. Cookies were, indeed delicious. There were 8 of us and plenty of room for everyone. My adult children fished, lots of beautiful birds to watch. We were there for a family wedding and were only 10 minutes away from Tudor House venue. Our hosts were delightful to talk with. If we are ever back this way again, we would definitely stay here again.

Spacious lodging in a beautiful private residential area

This rental consisted of the entire ground level of a beautiful home situated on back waters of a very large lake. In between a wedding rehearsal/dinner one day and the ceremony late afternoon the next, we were able to relax and enjoy the many amenities for multi-generation guests.The the plate of "welcome to our home" cookies were delicious! Thank you!
