"A short walk from the waterfront, the hotel is bright, airy and very clean. All the staff are very friendly. The room was comfortable, the mattress may be too firm for some but fine for us. A kettle and bottled water is provided. The air conditioning wasn’t working as it was still on the winter setting providing only heat even though temperatures were in the high 20s. Opening the windows meant we experienced quite a lot of road noise at night, although the area is very quiet during the day. There is a good selection of food at breakfast, including typical continental cold meats and cheeses, fresh fruit, juices, breads and pastries. Nespresso machines provide coffee and hot water for tea."

"Had supper one evening. Was going to go out but decided to stay at the hotel. Big mistake, it was awful! Mainly some salads, and ran out of main course. When they did replenish it was cold. Ended up still going out to eat."

NIce elevator, very beautiful room with a nice balcony with lake view. Bathroom with everything that you need, very nice shower, exceptionally clean. Bed very comfortable abd clean. Staff very helpful and very welcoming. Hotel very close to ferry snd bus stop. Very happy with this hotel, Thanks."

"The staff are really friendly, on hand for all your needs. We were here on bed & breakfast, and found out they did free cake and coffee at 3pm which was a nice treat. Room and pool area was really clean. Beautiful views of the lake and really close to the restaurants. Looking forward to going back!!"

"This is an excellently located hotel right on the lake. The furniture in our room was a bit spartan and tired but the room was a good size and the bathroom was large and updated. The included breakfast was of good quality and variety. Overall a good value for the price. "
