"Though the location is a bit far, there is a comprehensive free bus service a grand Mosque and a shopping center within the complex. -The rooms are clean and are cleaned on a daily Ahad on the 2nd floor was really helpful, just have to be mindful to request the bedsheet change. "Room cleaning was not good . We found chips on the floor. The hotel seems too old even it opens one year ago. I reserved non smoking suite and it was smoke smell all over . When we ask for changing the room they give us a regular room ."

"We just checked out after 3 days at the Raffles Hotel and cannot recommend it enough for a stay. We brought my elderly parents and the comfort of the rooms, the delicious breakfast buffet, and daily tea service, hearing the adhan in our rooms and easy access thru p2 allowing them easy access to the haram was unmatched.
