"I got at the hotel at 11pm after a long journey. Manager nearly denied my booking even though I had proof & I paid for it. He tried convincing me I was at the wrong place. Then he said they have several locations even though my confirmation had this location on there. After 3hours of hitting tooth & nail, and after they found out I was a US citizen, they gave me my spot. They didn’t even have room ready. "I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Firstly the room was massively big, very clean and the aircon was great. The staff are very helpful and it is a short walk from the fountain.
