"Just a one night stay for transiting Couldn’t get into the first room allocated due to the security bolt being on … staff tried to get us in but then decided they needed to call an engineer ton fix it and asked us to wait. We went to concierge who immediately gave us another room we could get into. Restaurant was great and service was good. "Lovely hotel - excellent location for all main activities in and around Cairo. The hotel is very secure - checks on all vehicles entering. Tour guides could find the hotel easily. Good choice of restaurants in the hotel. Live music in the bar in the evenings - very good. Room was comfortable.
