"The room was great, the bed better than my bed at home, the view unbeatable; head on to the sphinx with the pyramids in a line. The hotel itself is on the top two floors (13 and 14) in a building in a slum. (It has a lift). We assume we were the first customers through Expedia because we arrived unexpectedly in the middle of the night and the hotel didn't know how to access their payment from Expedia. The hotel believe they need to book all excursions and taxi travel, Expedia might disagree?...

"Never in my life have I had such an awfull experience at a "hotel".
I had ordered a "basic suite" with mountain view, but instead I got what could best be describes a prison cell. A small room, with broken furniture and DIRTY sheets.
Yes, I slepts in used sheets. And when complaining about it, they just said "sorry sorry"
They claim to have daily cleaning but in the 7 days, it was not cleaned once. Reception was manned by small boys, that couldn´t communicate and just looked at you like you...
