"I have stayed here 3 times over several years, and this will be last time i stay here. It has gone downhill so much. The homeless hang out on the front lobby and all around the building. Only door that works is the front door. Elevator is barely working and was even shut down at one point. Breakfast EVERY morning for a week was eggs and sausage links. Toaster barely toasts bread or begal. Room has wall mount heater/ac, but no labels, have to just guess and what to see what comes out. Once its running, it sounda like a plane in your room because its so loud. This place is so terrible i actually considered getting another hotel and just dealing with the price of 2 places. Price is affordable, yes. But so many better places around town to feel safe and comfortable. "

"This was a great location for my needs. And while the space may seem small square footage wise, it is laid out nicely. Kitchen is open and feels roomy, bathroom and living room, too. Comfortable bed in its own space behind french doors if you want to close them during awake time.Location is the key here. Quiet area, yet just a block or so off Bragaw and close to the Glenn Hwy. Costco and several restaurants nearby. Check-in/out was a breeze, too. Depending on where my work is for stops in Anchorage, this place would always be a favorite. Loved it! "

"Great little house in a quiet neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen, two bathrooms, laundry, and a cozy living area. Access to the garage was an added bonus when repacking the car in negative temperatures. Thanks for a wonderful week!"

"Very satisfied with this property. Well maintained and clean. Personable staff. Shared bathrooms impressively clean. Shared kitchen areas are well maintained with free coffee in the morning. Guest rooms have huge windows, TV, cable, internet. Its a simple, comfortable and safe place to stay and at a fraction of the price of other hotels further away from downtown."
