"This charming hotel has clean rooms, comfortable beds, a generous breakfast, and very kind and helpful employees. What more could anyone ask for?! I have stayed here twice and am returning again in a few weeks. It is truly the BEST PLACE to stay at in Summerside."

"All electrical wiring must be professionally installed and that Interiors and contents must be safe and in a good state of repair. Howeverwindow ac was connected with extension cord that was hanging with the help of curtain rod, which is against the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) Violations, PEI Tourism Industry Act Regulations and Fire and Physical Hazards. I have taken picture as a proof, the temperature outside was almost 0 degrees Celsius overnight and we could not use AC heating, front desk was closed at 11pm, no emergency number to contact anyone from hotel, Also hotel flooring was not flat, room wooden floor was lower at room entrance and higher toward bedroom, uneven floor When contacted front desk in Morning at check out time to update the same all they could do is assure that they will give me CAD 20 refund for inconvenience. I expect full refund as I could not use the heating, had to sleep in cold environment after paying full price to hotel. Need full refund for my stay. Also gonna complain to Tourism Fire Inspectors and Senior Compliance Officer."

"We had some difficulties at the cottage and it took until the following day for someone to reach us in spite of the fact that we called the emergency number. However, the matter was handled professionally the next day. They admitted their mistake and tried to correct it."
