The gentleman who helped me at the check-in desk was very nice. I arrived from the airport before the appointed check-in time. He allowed me to check in early so I can put my things away before heading to the hospital. I really appreciated not having to check in upon my return at 9 PM.

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Downtown Albany New York
I was on the 2nd floor and a large group of teenagers partied in the hallway. Smelled like canibus and the fire alarm went off all night… cops showed up at 10pm to investigate a possible armed robbery. No rest and no thanks!

Hotel was nice. Parents who would rather drink than monitor their 12-16 your old kids ruined the trip. Having a kid bang on our room door scaring and waking up my children is not ideal. Older kids running around in the halls and the room above is made sleeping difficult. Staff didn’t seem to ...
