This is a lovely hotel .. booked a seaview apartment and it was modern spacious and spotlessly clean. Choice of breakfast was excellent and a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea.. the new restaurant is a great addition .. plenty of sunbeds each day .. oh and the staff are excellent .. friendly and helpful ..

Family vacation perfect…

Beautiful property with a few buildings each have 4 floors. It’s definitely family oriented. So if u don’t like children running around, this is not for u. The hotel pool is magnificent n overlooking the red cliffs n beach. I did breakfast n dinner n it’s very very busy n huge canteen. Food selection n quality surprisingly decent. The 1 bedroom apt is nicely decorated n very clean.

Facilities, staff and food are absolutely excellent. Grounds and pool are lovely and very well maintained. Unfortunately the standard rooms are very dated for the price and the layout is not comfortable for a family of 4. Although they are updating some rooms at the moment which should hopefully improve the comfort and make for a better stay.

Long weekend in Olhos de Agua

Really enjoyed staying here and I would recommend it for the location, the amazing views, the food, the rooms are lovely and spacious, clean and modern. The whole place has a very relaxed and easy going vibe. Literally my only criticism is that the bed wasn't that comfy, mattress was too soft. Also, we went as a couple and it's more of a resort for families with young children. As we went end of season it was quiet so was fine.

We have a toddler daughter and were so impressed by the ease of the resort and its many amenities. The breakfasts and dinners were top notch cuisine with numerous tasty choices. The playground and pools are super clean, unique, and fun to use. The immediate access to the beach allowed us to go several times and then have lunch at the resort. The rooms were spacious and clean. We liked the openness to children and the proximity to get downtown and participate in tours of the Algarve. Everyone was so kind and hospitable at the resort!!! We could not have been happier with our four night stay! Our two year old keeps telling us she loves the playground and pool and wants to return!

Brilliant place for some October sun with great staff, good pool, stunning cliffs and beach, plus fresh gluten free buffet options daily. Only a 10min walk to a very well stocked local supermarket and many excellent local restaurants in Olhos dÁgua. The apartment was clean and spacious, and although a complimentary bottle of water was provided, it could do with a cafetiere/coffee machine (especially as complimentary tea, coffee, oil and salt/pepper is not provided). Overall, I would still highly recommend it.

There are already plenty of reviews that describe rooms, surroundings and friendliness of staff, so I will not elaborate more in this regard. However, as we traveled with a child suffering from celiac disease (and we were very concerned before our stay), I want to describe our experiences with gluten free diet, and hopefully remove similar concerns for others: all food on the buffet was very well labeled with all allergens; in addition, the staff was very supportive and went above and beyond to help my daughter to find something to eat (if there wasn't anything to her liking, they made gluten free pasta for her, or on advance order also gluten free pizza). For breakfast, they offered her gluten free toast, cornflakes, cake, muffins and pancakes (among all the other things). As she had only been diagnosed recently, and is still struggling with not being able to eat what she fancies, this meant so much to her! If one of the staff was unsure about something, there was always someone on the team they could consult. A special mention is also that we were made breakfast boxes as we had an early flight, and again, catering for her special needs! I think it is needless to say, that communication is nevertheless very important. I do recommend to mention food intolerances at the time of booking and every time you encounter new staff at restaurant or pool bar. All in all, we highly recommend this hotel, and we hope that we can return one day. A big thank you to all restaurant staff!

LOVED this property. Traveled here with our kids, and absolutely loved it. The room was clean, huge, and with plenty of privacy. The pool was fabulous, with tons of seating options, a great bar and ice cream counter, and a really nice restaurant for a casual lunch. The buffet breakfasts and dinners were really good, and had tons of options. Parking was easy, and appreciated that we were tucked away a bit in a quieter area of town. And the access to the gorgeous beach is so close; wed also recommend the awesome restaurant there for dinner, get the clams!

The pool, bar and restaurant areas really exceeded my expectations. The view was fabulous and plenty of sunbeds - no one reserving etc. However, the rooms, although spacious, were really noisy. Any small sound echoed throughout and so many loud neighbours who disregarded other guests at all times of the day and night.

This was our third time returning to Felesia Gardens and again we had a brilliant stay. The standard of service is top quality and never fails to disappoint. The hotel, rooms, pool are immaculately clean and you can see real care goes into providing the best service for their clients. We had an 18 month old and never were short of space for sunbeds or room for him to roam. There was a large selection of exquisite food to choose from as usual which changes daily. Again, a fantastic stay. Thank you
