ALBUFEIRA BALAIA GOLF VILAGE 3 WITH POOL byHOMING

Excellent accommodation in Albufeira, located approximately 1km from the beach and located in an urbanization with a children's area, swimming pools (free use), tennis court, golf course, gym, jacuzzi and heated pool (amenities available at an additional cost). It's the perfect place for you to relax and enjoy the best of the Algarve.

With 2 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people, it is fully equipped including air conditioning (hot/cold), washing machine and dishwasher. There is parking around the building (no reserved space)

All linen and towels are provided as well as amenities for the first day such as shower gel and toilet paper.

The day before your stay we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in. You should then respond to us with your expected arrival time. Check-in takes place directly at the accommodation from 3:30 pm, but please note that late check-in has the following costs:
- From 7pm to midnight = €30 Euros
- From midnight = €50 Euros

Upon check-out, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness, otherwise Homing reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning cost. We also ask that you pay attention to your belongings when checking out, as we are not responsible for objects left in the accommodation.

We also offer a personalized transfer service that can take you from the airport to the accommodation (price and availability upon request).

Overall good

Homing was very attentive to the issues: Ants throughout the condo; Toilet/ Plumbing issues; we also did not have access to the outdoor area for a week due to maintenance/painting. Otherwise our stay was good. The dining room at the resort did not serve supper until 7:00 pm which was too late for us to dine.
