If you're looking for a great beach vacation, look to stay in our premium villa near Praia de São Rafael beach! Endless hours of sunshine and fun in the sand await. When you’re not at the beach, go for a swim in the outdoor pool or visit one of the local restaurants. When you feel like discovering some gems of the Algarve, visit the stunning Praia de Marinha or book a kayaking trip to the Benagil Caves. Take a drive out to Sagres and visit the dramatic cliffs and historic fortresses. In the evening, return to our comfy space to relax with friends or family.

Our villa has 2 BEDROOMS. The first bedroom has a Double bed and the second has 2 Single beds.

Get ready for the day in our 3 BATHROOMS. We provide you with a hairdryer, towels, and complimentary toiletries. Keep your clothes clean, courtesy of the in-suite washer.

After swimming at the beach, retreat to our modest, air-conditioned LIVING SPACE. Curl up on the sofa and enjoy your favourite shows on our flatscreen satellite TV. You can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi. Grab a bottle of your favourite wine and enjoy the PRIVATE POOL.

In the KITCHEN you’ll find a stove, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a kettle, and a toaster. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at São Rafael Villas where our villa is conveniently located. These include housekeeping services and access to the shared outdoor pool. Guest services are available on-site to ensure a stress-free stay.

If you're travelling by car there is private parking available on-site. Street parking is also available nearby.

This is a family-friendly environment with plenty of activities for the kids! Please inform our team upon booking if you'd like to bring along an infant or a child.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a fully refundable damage deposit of €300 and a small daily tourist tax.

The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! If you have a specific request, please inform our team upon booking and we will be happy to add a request to your reservation.

LOCAL FAVOURITES

While the beaches are the star attraction, there are plenty of villages, towns, and cities nearby that merit a visit. Among these is the lively coastal town of Albufeira, which enjoys endless hours of sunshine. If you need a quick bite to eat, stop by H. Maritur. We’d also recommend enjoying fresh seafood on the beach by eating at A Sardinha.

• The villa has two levels: ground and first floor.
• Complimentary housekeeping services are available once every five days. Additional housekeeping services are available for an additional charge.

• Please note that the private pool is unheated. Heating is available upon request for an additional fee of 170€/week for stays till and including 7 nights. Between November and April, this service can only be guaranteed if reserved/requested with a minimum of 72 hours in advance (maximum reached temperature: 23-25°C). In case of late cancellation, no-show or early departure, the weekly supplement will be charged in total. Please note that depending on the weather conditions during the night or morning, the temperature of the pool water may vary
